As the Escalation Program Manager for Scaled Abuse and Analytics on YouTube's Trust and Safety team, you will be responsible for improving policies and processes across the Scaled Abuse organization. You'll be involved in escalation management and will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment in applying policy principles and addressing brand risk. You will be required to work cross-functionally across Policy Development, Policy Verticals,, Product, and Operations to operationalize, enforce, and communicate policies that keep users safe and minimize brand risk to the platform. The role requires thinking through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas while developing workflows that are consistent and resilient. This role could review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines. The role will also require on-call weekend work.
