Job Description

FOX Sports is seeking a Media Freelancer to assist the Media & Brand Marketing team with paid media campaign planning and execution, with an emphasis on creative asset trafficking and delivery. The position's primary responsibilities will be to work closely with FOX Sports' media agency to ensure awareness and tune-in campaigns run smoothly and creative is being rotated and optimized. This position will also work closely with many internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables are on message and schedule, across multiple media channels and campaigns running concurrently.

This position will be working remotely.

• Oversee trafficking of marketing deliverables with external media agency and internal teams to ensure that plans are executed as developed across all off-air channels (inclusive of Television, Radio, Digital Partnerships, Social, Mobile, Outdoor and Print)
• Manage day-to-day media plan changes/maintenance, including the compilation of data, extraction of insights and tactical execution as needed
• Gather and analyze appropriate research and post-campaign reports to help provide strategic media recommendations
• Assist as liaison between key internal departments (Creative, Digital/Social, Operations, Production, Affiliate, Brand) and media agency/vendors
• Collect and distribute all specs and creative restrictions to ensure deliverables are optimized for each media channel
• Effectively establish, communicate, and enforce production schedules and delivery deadlines
• Coordinate deliveries and tagging from internal Ops/Creative teams on all media buy creative needs and formats
• Generate and maintain weekly priority list for upcoming deliverables and status of those deliverables
• Assist on brand marketing projects as needed

• 1-3 years of media agency experience
• Both in-house and agency experience would be a plus
• Working knowledge of basic media concepts, terminology, KPIs, media metrics and media plan execution (e.g., reach, frequency, universe, rating, CPM, CPC, CPV, etc.)
• Past experience executing ad campaigns inclusive of both Traditional and Digital Media
• Project management; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and work under pressure
• Self-motivated and strong collaborator, with a sense of urgency
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent
