YouTube's growing global prominence and expanding user base provides unique challenges and new responsibilities. The Business Analyst team for the Trust and Safety, Legal and Copyright Operations team is at the center of the important policy issues that shape the direction of our site and frame our stance on powerful themes like freedom of expression and online safety. Leveraging significant analytical backgrounds, Analysts are visionaries who establish impact by using data and analytical techniques to quantify abuse rates, identify emerging trends on the site, enabling high operational efficiency, evaluate impact of policy positions and implement solutions collaboratively. You will build strong relationships with Engineering, Policy and Operations stakeholders. In addition, you will perform key analytical functions to facilitate data-driven improvements in the team's processes, metrics, and operations.
