REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reporting to VCNI Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager will help co-ordinate and liaise with the FP&A teams throughout VCNI (ViacomCBS Networks International) in order to deliver efficient and effective FP&A processes and outputs;
o Support VIMN's Financial Planning & Analytical processes
o Develops open communication and productive relationships with leadership, operations and finance, including the new FP&A COEs (Centres of Excellence)
o Works in collaboration with the systems teams and management to develop and enhance VCNI's analytical tools and processes
o Promotes a strong sense of excellence, urgency and appropriate level of support for deliverables

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process:
o Support all VCNI planning processes including outlooks, monthly forecasts, annual budgets and long range plans.
o Provision of detailed guidance & instruction outlining the processes and deliverables
o Management and communication of the VCNI planning calendar ensuring co-ordination with ViacomCBS and local businesses
o Deliver timely, accurate, and effective analysis and reporting of financial performance
o Work with the business to constantly identify and monitor risks & opportunities
o Work closely with systems team to ensure that processes are automated where possible and to optimise the support received

Presentation & Reporting:
o Creation, and on-going enhancement, of all planning and analytical presentation decks for management purposes
o Reporting to senior VCNI personnel in regular forecast updates
o Co-ordination with other finance teams where relevant to provide deeper level of understanding

COE Support & adhoc project work:
o Work with the COEs (Centres of Excellence) to help them understand VCNI/ViacomCBS requirements and systems
o Understand new system products and work with COEs to help integrate/utlise to improve current COE processes
o Be a go to contact for COE analysts for additional general systems/VCNI knowledge/support
o Support the design of scoping and reporting new GL hierarchies or lines of business, master governance
o Support adhoc projects

THE PERSON

The ideal candidate will have broad financial experience in a media, entertainment, technology, internet or an adjacent industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excelling in a fast-paced corporate culture.
o MBA, CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA are preferred.
o Strong analytical, communication, presentation and management skills
o Commercially focused with a client service approach
o Confidence in building relationships with all levels of management
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o High level of accuracy and attention to detail
o Well organised with strength in prioritising
o Flexible attitude to achieve results
o Positive outlook and ambition to progress
