Senior Analyst, Strategy & Business Operations

Job Description

SUMMARY

Hulu’s Strategy & Business Operations team is seeking a Senior Analyst who will be an exceptional addition to our nascent and highly-dynamic team. You will work directly with the Director, Strategy & Business Operations to help define and implement Hulu’s long-term strategic plan and find solutions to thorny business challenges selected by Hulu’s leadership team. You will also engage in identification and evaluation of strategic partnerships, market & competitive analysis, due diligence and other efforts to drive growth across the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Develop growth strategies / new business opportunities and work across company to build consensus and mobilize towards execution
• Structure complex and ambiguous operational / business issues and develop insightful recommendations
• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape and internal performance, and report these findings to the leadership team
• Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly
• Build of detailed financial models to facilitate decision-making
• Create and deliver presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
• Work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Research, Analytics, Product, etc.

WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor’s Degree from a nationally accredited college or university
• 3+ years of work experience in a leading investment bank, management consulting firm, or top-tier strategic planning / corporate strategy department
• Experience and / or interest in the media, digital and / or tech industries
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills (e.g., financial modeling)
• Strong written presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong work ethic and a highly-detail focused mindset
