Job Description
We are looking for a Coordinator Finance who will be responsible for assisting the VP of Production Finance with Feature Television Productions in the pre-greenlight process as well as prep, production and post-production stages!

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Monitors & Sets up Bank Accounts
• Coordinates Accounting Systems
• Monitors 3rd Party Billing and Receipts
• Sets up Vendor Accounts

Reporting & critical review
• Prepares Executive Management Reports for Upper Management
• Assists with Production Incentive Tracking
• Analyzes data

• Manages User Access to Accounting Systems
• Assists with Management of Production Accounting Teams
• Processes Accounts Payable and Payroll
• Manages Production Accounting File Retention
• Files and Answers phones for senior staff

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Required, in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 1+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with previous knowledge and experience of Payroll Processing preferred

Desired Skills:
• Experience using Accounting Software, such as VISTA, PSL, SAP, PCS, & Movie Magic a plus
• Proficient organization skills- ability to organize self and others, to prioritize tasks and work to multiple deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills, in particular the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of Banking Systems & booking Journal Entries
• Basic knowledge of Film Production Terminology is a plus
• Willingness to learn
