Job Description Position Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst role is responsible for the day to day payroll operations function. This includes but is not limited to supervising and working Versant's day-to-day time and attendance processes, operations tasks such as, adjustments, one-time payments, researching and resolving customer service and employee issues/questions, handle Contract/Union/PH&W process from dues deductions through payment to vendors, etc… The Operations team is responsible for the ingestion of data into the time & attendance systems, auditing, working with leaders and managers to process adjustments, and performing tasks and calculations that lead to the transfer of a payroll file that will result in a net payroll.
