At Paramount, we deliver iconic entertainment to audiences worldwide and now we're looking for a detail-oriented and driven OTC Cash Application Analyst to join our team This role is responsible for managing cash application processes across multiple international regions including Europe Africa Asia Australia and the Americas You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely cash application account reconciliation and financial reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams What you will do: Perform daily cash application and clearing account allocations across international markets Investigate and resolve unapplied cash balances Execute Withholding Tax clearing Collaborate with Finance Sales Collections and Billing teams to resolve allocation issues and complete reconciliations Support audits by preparing accurate documentation for accounts receivable write-offs Contribute to continuous improvement and automation projects Provide regular reports and analysis to management Participate in ad hoc tasks and support other Order to Cash areas as needed What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field Strong Microsoft Excel skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability Team player with strong ethics and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus We believe you will enjoy working with us because: Our private health insurance program provides access to private clinics with screening package.
