CASTING PRODUCER

Litton Entertainment is seeking a smart, dynamic and entrepreneurial freelance casting producer to work on project-based, talent-driven IP. The casting producer will cast one-off development projects that vary in requirements from project to project.

The ideal candidate:
• Has a minimum of five years of relevant casting experience.
• Has a can-do mentality and is willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Possesses both a deep knowledge base of reality and non-fiction talent prospects as well as the ability to research and quickly & effectively identify new, unique emerging talent nationally.
• Is
organized and well-versed in using social media as well as all traditional means to cast.
• Is an excellent interviewer – both in-person & via Zoom – and a diplomatic motivator who can quickly develop trusting relationships with prospective talent.
• Is a solid writer and can turn around narrative one-sheets quickly.
• Is technically savvy and able to leverage all available platforms to get the word out and record/trim down casting interviews & package their materials.
• Can easily work independently or cross-functionally with the development team and others as necessary.
