Production Incentives & Finance (Remote)

A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the Production Incentives & Finance team for the Summer 2023 semester -- must be available up to 30 hours per week with a June 5th, 2023 start date.

Initial Responsibilities
• Assist with production incentives research and administration for both domestic & international territories, across all of A24's Productions.
• Assist with incentive audit processes by liaising with external auditors, collecting and organizing the required documentation, and keeping track of deadlines.
• Help create databases, tools, and systems to support incentive and deadline tracking, automation initiatives, and data management
• Collaborate with other A24 Departments to help carry out various Production Incentives/Production Finance initiatives, and other ad hoc corporate projects

Qualifications
• Highly tech-savvy individual with knowledge of various applications and software (Google suite of applications, Tableau, etc)
• Experience with data organization and project management/tracking applications
• Tax, finance, business, or accounting degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interested in the entertainment industry and producing content
• Open to ad hoc tasks and requests
• Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working remotely and adopting to new systems and softwares
Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $17.00. Actual pay will depend on various considerations, including: education, experience, skills, specializations, training, and business needs.
