THE ROLE

The Department Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support for the film and television division of Live Nation including the Head of Film & TV.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Maintaining executive schedules and high-volume calendars
• Answering and rolling calls
• Planning and organizing internal/external meetings
• Assisting with travel arrangements
• Taking meeting notes and summarizing key meeting points
• Compiling daily updates on industry trends/headlines/company news
• Handling confidential information
• Serve as liaison between the executive and other departments as directed
• Coordinate, supervise, and complete special projects
• Order department office supplies

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• Bachelor's degree is required
• 1+ years of executive level or department administration support preferred
• Tech savvy. Must have strong typing skills and command of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word as well as Adobe.
• Ability to multi-task, be organized, detail oriented, self-driven, forecast issues and handle last minute projects to meet deadlines.
• Solid project-management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to engage in positive interaction with co-workers, executives, and high-level industry professionals; prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, communicate and diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact
• Ability to demonstrate discretion in handling confidential data and dealing with high-level executives
• Responsive to requests including verbal status of open projects
• Great attitude, and calm and collective in a fast-paced environment; helpful, friendly, and diplomatic
