Job Description
We're looking for a Manager to join our IndieMerch team. As Manager, you'll grow our D2C e-commerce channel, manage website, merchandising, customer service, and analytics. You'll work with teams to develop strategies for sales and engagement, and shape our online store for music fans. This is an exciting opportunity for an e-commerce professional to make an impact in the music industry and contribute to our overall growth.

What you'll do
• Manage and optimize our D2C e-commerce website, ensuring it is consistently optimized for user experience and conversion.
• Lead the merchandising strategy, including product assortment planning, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries and issues.
• Analyze e-commerce data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce strategies with other marketing initiatives, such as social media and email marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, music, and technology to identify new opportunities for growth.

Who you are
• 3+ years experience.
• Proven experience in managing D2C e-commerce operations, preferably in the music industry.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends including Shopify, FB, and IG Shopping, basic Photoshop skills, basic HTML/CSS skills.
• Proficiency in website analytics tools and data-driven decision-making with tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box to drive innovation and growth.
• Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry and fan culture.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
