Then this is your dream job! Come assist us in TV Sales at FOX40 in Sacramento helping Account Executives and Managers in all areas relating to performance of their sales duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Can identify priority items and complete them in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Accurately and efficiently enter orders and provide reports
• Work with Account Executives, Managers and clients to trouble shoot issues daily
• Work with Wide Orbit program and traffic systems
• Work with advertising agency representatives with requests, contracts, etc.
• Assist Account Executives and Managers with Power Point Presentations
• Participate and contribute to sales events
• Back up other sales assistants as necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements & Skills:
• Hard-working, integrity, relationship-builder with a winning attitude
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Preferred television, broadcast /cable sales experience and/or training. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be highly proficient in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Work with brand teams, ad operations and finance to provide client satisfaction
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office tools and CRM tools
• Co-op and vendor support knowledge helpful
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.B.A. preferred or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation - $20.00-$23.00/hr commensurate with experience and skill level
