THE ROLE

In collaboration with the Production Manager, oversee daily tasks to guarantee a seamless show day, encompassing hospitality, advancing, settlement, and overall backstage maintenance and cleanliness.
- Collaborates with various teams and vendors to enhance backstage hospitality and maintain hospitality inventory/supplies
- Responsible for assisting the production manager in the day-to-day shows/events.
- Responsible for pre- and post-show walk-through with a checklist to make ready all backstage Artist and Touring crew areas.
- Research best practices and collaborate with the Production Manager to develop opportunities to increase engagement and artist/crew satisfaction.
- Responsible for assisting the Production Manager in advancing technical and hospitality details.
Responsible for adhering to the budget and tracking the financial aspects of the department.
- Assist with all aspects of stage production, to include, but not limited to, parking maps, show passes, guest list, and managing runners & cash float.
- Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to company practice and policy.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be computer literate in Windows applications (Excel and Word are a must).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills are essential for this role.
- Must be available to work long hours and have a flexible schedule to assist the Production Manager.
