Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
• Extensive diary management including overseeing complex global travel arrangements, visa preparation and on the ground logistics.
• Coordinating multi-party meetings, global conference calls and videoconferences
• Meeting organisation and preparation, minute taking and subsequent drafting / providing reminders of follow up notes/actions.
• Taking dictation and drafting notes
• Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents prior to meetings.
• Monitor, screen, respond to and accurately route incoming communications as well as extensive gatekeeping.
• Work closely and effectively with the President to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Acting as a ''barometer,'' having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the President updated.
• Assisting with Ad hoc Projects.
• Actioning various documentation.
• Full email inbox management, responding to RSVPs, and correspondence on behalf of the President.
• Event organization (primarily internal – off-sites, etc.)
• Client support at events. Liaise with client and their offices to ensure a seamless hosting experience for visits to any of IMG or Endeavor events.
• Point of contact for all team enquiries.
• Preparation of documents and presentations relating to both internal and external meetings.
• Processing multi-currency expenses and credit card reconciliation.
• Carry out personal / family admin/travel arrangements and general errand duties.
• General office admin and management.
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties, which are within the scope and purpose of the job.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:
• Flexibility to attend client events/meetings outside of working hours.
• Occasional travel with the President for key events.
• Being available after working hours should assistance be required.
• Previous EA experience for a role of similar scope.
• Strong administrative experience.
• Excellent organisational skills: able to prioritise and multi-task.
• Strong IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to remain calm under pressure.
• Able to manage strong personalities.
• Adept at juggling multiple tasks as well as having excellent forward planning skills, actively seeking opportunities and proposing solutions.
• Be committed to making President's day to day life easier wherever possible.
• Able to prioritise workload autonomously.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Discretion will be of upmost importance due to the seniority of the position and the nature of the environment.
• Commercially aware.
• Warm, engaging, excellent telephone manner and professional at all times.
• Complete self-starter who needs little oversight and can manage deadlines.
• Able to work independently but still be very much a team player.
• Credibility, integrity and excellent judgement.
• Resilient to handle ever changing priorities and liaise at the highest level.

• Very strong interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships both internally with colleagues and externally with clients.

Working Conditions:
• This is a permanent position.
• The role is based in Chiswick Park, London.
• Working hours are 9:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday.
• In addition to keeping regular working hours the ideal candidate will be expected to be on call as and when needed.
