Overview

Join Audacy Inc.'s dynamic Milwaukee Sales Team this Summer! We're on the lookout for a motivated, bright individual to seize the opportunity of a Business Development Internship. This is a paid position during the summer semester with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.

As a Business Development Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's sales efforts. You will create and execute outreach cadences towards marketing decision makers to set up meetings with our Account Executives. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

What you can expect during the internship:
• Support the Milwaukee Sales Team with daily outreach to prospects
• Learn Salesforce CRM (#1 Customer Relationship Management system) which is used by and a prerequisite by most companies
• Utilize other Sales Tech Tools like Zoominfo Engage to find companies, contacts and reach out to them
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions and client meetings as needed

• Exceptional in presentation and written/verbal communication skills
• Energetic and confident with the ability to think and learn on-the-spot
• Professionally polished, poised and determined
• A motivated self-starter and independent worker
• Fast-paced, self-driven, assertive and results orientated
• Skilled with a high degree of time management and organizational skills
• Able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage one's business with minimal supervision
• Prepared to deal with rejection in a positive and professional manner

Required & Preferred:
• Working toward a college degree
• Must be 18 years of age or above
• Great written and interpersonal skills
