Full-Time, Permanent Position

Location: Berlin, Germany

Position Summary

In this role you will be responsible for the final review of Digital Cinema packages, taking into account industry quality standards, before content is released for delivery.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail as bespoke QC services are provided to our clients from all major studios and distributors.

Role and Responsibilities
• Work as part of a global QC team ensuring that QC Digital Cinema Packages are DCI compliant.
• Ensure that theatrical content meets the specifications of distributors worldwide.
• Execute a range of QC tasks from spot checks to full QCs.
• Cross department collaboration, sharing responsibility for ensuring compliance with internal procedures and processes to maintain consistent standards.
• Process orders using Deluxe's proprietary systems to document completed orders and quality acceptances.
• Assist in the training of internal and external QC personnel.
• Work closely with the scheduling team and other internal interfaces including account management in relation to meeting deadlines at the various Deluxe Cinema facilities.
• Ensure efficient and prompt fulfilment of all scheduling team and management requests.
• Assist with customer service tasks e.g. screenings with customers.

Key Requirements
• An understanding of film post-production and related technologies.
• Very good language skills in English and German.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including at night.
• Detail orientation and ability to concentrate and focus over a longer period of time.
• High service orientation and very good communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and proactively initiate solutions to problems.
• Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
