Job Description

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

In YouTube Marketing, our goal is to contribute to YouTube's success by shaping people's perceptions of YouTube and inspiring them to engage with us. We are responsible for all of YouTube's marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers. Our aim is to make YouTube the most loved, trusted, and valued video destination, in a sustainable and responsible manner.

As Creator Marketing Lead for YouTube, you will be responsible for setting and driving YouTube's regional Creator marketing programs and scale global campaigns across Latin America. Your work is instrumental in developing the YouTube Creator community in the region, and will result in more Creators considering YouTube as a platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity. You'll understand Creators and their needs, have analytical capability and business judgment, and structure and prioritize initiatives to get results. You'll lead and support cross-functional stakeholders, as well as manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and sponsors to get things done.
