Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Senior Designer creates about 50-60 original cover designs per year for the Atria, Gallery and Scout imprints. 3 years experience and requires an advanced skill set necessary to creating original and innovative designs. They have an understanding of the market place, versatile usage of photography and illustration, advance usage of typography and fonts, mature color sensibility, flexible and explorative design sensibility. A senior designer is able to work on their own and/or in collaboration with the art director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in book publishing highly preferred.
