Sr. Project Manager, Creative, Peacock
The Senior Project Manager, Creative is a critical role within Peacock Creative Ops tasked with leading our growing Brand team.

This role requires a production savvy project manager, responsible for managing large scale marketing campaigns. Excellent production management skills across video, print, digital, as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills will be key.

This position will report to the Senior Director, Creative Operations and will be a key stakeholder to Creative, Marketing and Strategy teams within the Peacock Brand Marketing organization, as well as a wide group of internal teams, agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality, strong leadership potential, and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.
• Project manage end to end large scale marketing campaigns inclusive of strategy, creative development and delivery.
• Manage project planning, timelines, and budgets.
• Create and improve project documentation and reports.
• Manage and mentor other Creative Ops and Creative team members
• Liaise with other stakeholders around NBCU to ensure cross-functional alignment and provide assurance around dependencies.
• Identify, negotiate, and hire additional production resources as required
• Drive culture and standards across the team writ large.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree level or equivalent, 5+ years' experience leading production centric projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
• Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations
