DESCRIPTION:

ViacomCBS is seeking a Director, HR Digital Strategy & Transformation to join the Corporate People Operations team. This key leadership role is responsible for leading the overall technology operational transformation and program management function for ViacomCBS HR. This includes defining and executing new process functions across ViacomCBS HR. The result will be the delivery of capabilities that will improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. These initiatives are cross enterprise and global in reach. This Director will serve as a Change Agent and find solutions that align people, process and technology to drive excellence in communication and execution around HR program and project delivery.
• Provide strategic leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable game plans and ensure the right resources are in place, taking into account both capability and capacity; drive execution, ensure the right are in the place to support the measurement of impact.
• Leading the global implementation of a cloud based HR enterprise solution (eg SAP, Oracle) for a multi year program.
• Leading the product management of the integration and automation of HR processes and systems across ViacomCBS
• Partnering with the SVP People Operations on strategy, HR content and Analytics initiatives
• Drive specific portfolio of strategic transformational initiatives. Partner with initiative business leadership teams from scope, design through execution, implementation and impact stages.
• Support business-led change with clear scoping, connectivity and Project Management for the portfolio of top Enterprise priorities.
• Establish framework to measure digital maturity across groups and advance changes that improve capabilities
• Drive agile adoption across the enterprise.
• Establish and implement methodology program for all ViacomCBS HR organizations.
• Help lead change management in organizational design / modernization to drive cost efficiencies, innovation, time-to-value, market expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 8 years related experience working to improve outcomes with product / technology teams
• 6 years of internal or external strategy consulting (McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture, Bain or similar) strongly preferred
• Business savvy, with deep knowledge of HR functions and processes
• Bachelor's degree in related field required; MBA strongly preferred
• Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience leading and influencing across all levels of the organization, primarily among the top 2 levels, in transformational programs
• Proven success rolling out large enterprise systems (eg SAP, Oracle, Workday) on a global scale
• Comfortable in executive conversations, and experience leading workshops with CxOs and SVPs
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders, partners and executive leaders
• Demonstrates exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a demanding work load
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Results oriented problem solver with excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
