Senior Product Manager - Security Experience

This position is open for both our Los Angeles and Los Gatos locations.

On the User-Focused Security Engineering team, we build tools and experiences that make it easy for our workforce to understand and participate in security. Our tools, like our unified security recommendations platform and our device security recommendations app Stethoscope, help reduce the risks we face.

We are looking for a technical product leader that can shape, improve, and amplify the interactions and experiences that our employees have with Security. As a senior product manager on the team, you will partner closely with security teams to understand the top risks in their respective areas. You will take these risks and join it with the deep understanding you develop of our users to improve security outcomes.

You will identify and shape the best ways to deliver security guidance and recommendations to our employees. This includes creating the vision and roadmap for our unified security recommendations platform, determining the best way to reach our employees, running security training programs, and facilitating broad communications.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
• 7+ years in technical product management, working directly with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with users to understand their workflows and pain points.
• Proven track record of working in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Solid understanding of security principles.
• Ability to drive and influence business and engineering decisions supported by data and metrics.
• Ability to balance short-term goals and long-term vision.
