Job Description

YouTube Marketing's mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. We make YouTube successful by shaping people's perceptions of YouTube and inspiring them to engage with us. We're also responsible for all of YouTube's marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.

As the YouTube Strategy and Operations Marketing Lead for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), you will be a trusted advisor and a progressive influencer balancing strategic big thinking with an ability to execute and operationalize projects. You'll be a key voice within YouTube when engaging the Marketing Industry on DEI-related topics and you'll work with Marketing leadership to ensure we're creating a body of work that challenges the status quo and represents our users. You will be responsible for building and executing on YouTube Marketing's global DEI strategy and launching new initiatives across the team. You will work closely with senior Marketing leadership to provide thought leadership and ensure YouTube's efforts are aligned to Google-wide DEI commitments and efforts. You will build bridges and connection points with cross-functional teams across Product, Communications, Policy and other teams as needed.
