Job Description

DESCRIPTION:
• Support with both US and non-US DB and DC plans - benefit calculations and employee communications
• Manage the funding process for DC contributions on multiple plans
• Review detailed banking information and process funding for the DB payments
• Manage vendor service requests for DC plans
• Analyze eligibility for DC Non-Qualified Executive Plans to be determined/approved by the Director
• Perform regular data audits of the recordkeeping systems
• Communicate with employees with questions on DB and DC plans
• Work with team Analyst to perform review of DB research cases
• Work with Payroll and HRIS on vendor feed complexities
• Review and update internal Portal for departmental changes
• Coordinate extensions and process filings for 5500s for multiple plans
• Provide SOX audit support for review by the Director
• Process the PBGC filing and funding in coordination with the actuary
• Coordinate Summary Annual Report (SAR) mailing
• Use multiple data systems to interact with data from various vendors
• Overall support the department on gathering data on projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
• Bachelors Degree
• 5-7 years' experience working with retirement plans
• Knowledge of current governmental benefit regulations
• MS Office suite
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills

Preferred:
• Strong mathematics background
• Proven management experience
