Responsibilities
NBCUniversal is seeking candidates who are interested in joining NBCUniversal's Talent Development organization and work within a fast-paced media and entertainment business. We are looking for someone who is willing and able to be front and center as the coordinator and brand ambassador of the Talent Lab at 30 Rockefeller Center. The Talent Lab is NBCUniversal's premier corporate university, serving our employees and leaders at key inflection points in their career. In this role, you will interact with a range of employees from intern to executive in a variety of learning and development settings.

This Coordinator position will perform a broad range of administrative, coordination and support activities in support of our newly launched Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts and experiences, and ongoing shared support of DEI & High-Potential Development programs (ELEVATE & ACCELERATE Talent Lab tracks) that compliment and power the broader corporate-wide DEI initiatives. This individual will work on special projects related to DEI and development programs that attract, grow, and retain an inclusive talent pool within its workforce, particularly owning execution elements of MEET THE MOMENT, an all company DEI learning experience.

Responsibilities
• Support Talent group leadership on DEI initiatives (particularly Meet the Moment and Here She Can) including creating collateral, drafting communications, compiling photo assets, and coordinating on-site logistics/virtual technological support.
• Partner with project manager in the logistical support for all aspects of the DEI & High-Potential experiences including reviewing and editing communications, troubleshooting technology, assisting with budget tracking, scheduling, and virtual delivery as needed.
• Create and design branded materials for experiences including decks, overviews, one-pagers, and other collateral leveraging a variety of applications (PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Communicate and consult with Human Resources, Event Planning, Finance, and/or other NBCUniversal teams to support the operations and management of virtual experiences.
• Support Talent Development team in delivering successful experiences including; logistics, attendee lists, virtual program technology, assessments, creating printed collateral, evaluations and course nominations for classes.
• Coordinate team meetings, conference calls and all logistics for internal team over multiple locations.
• Own the usage of technology applications used in learning experiences (creation of Microsoft Teams guides, administrator for Teams pages, troubleshooting when necessary).
• Support data entry of events into LMS (Learning Management System) including setting up new classes, running reports, and monitoring course enrollment.
• Perform ad hoc talent development data requests and preparation of materials for use by senior leadership.
• Provide support and mentorship for pages on assignment to understand the brand and standards of the team.
• Build strong relationships with internal clients, external contractors, talent and leadership.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 1 year training, human resources and/or event coordination experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills (vlookup, data management, basic analytics) and advanced PowerPoint skills (ability to create new decks and edit existing materials using established brand guidelines)

Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in New York City
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
