Regional Promotions Director

Job Description

Entercom Communications Corp seeks to add a Regional Promotions role for the Northern California Region

The primary duties will include but are not be limited to:
• Oversee and coordinate various regional branding and station brand campaigns
• Direct liaison between programming/brand managers and other departments
• Oversee completion of digital platforms and communicating them to air talent, account executives and clients
• Oversee cluster and station database promotions and marketing
• Leads any/all cluster and station graphic design / branding needs
• Oversee and evaluate concert promoter, record label and community partnerships
• Oversee stations Promotional software (V-Promo / Promo Suite) programs
• Manage Second Street platform alongside Contesting Director
• Coordinate station text campaigns and Vibes partnership
• Brainstorm with programming and sales departments for client and station event presentations and promotional concepts
• Manages artist performance agreements, and contracts with legal and mgmt
• Completes label-requested compliance documents
• Gathers press asks and assists with press timeline
• Manages station merchandise
• General Marketing and Promotions activity and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of radio promotions experience and a proven track record of generating revenue from promotional platforms and content ideation.
• Basic website HTML, layout and design knowledge
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in promotion software, including but not limited to Vibes (mobile contesting), Second Street (web contesting and user-generated content engine), PromoSuite and vPromotion (promotion management software)
• Graphic design experience helpful
• Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
