The role

In this role, you will report to Senior Manager, Partner Marketing Creative EMEA and work closely with the Brand Partnerships and Partner Creative teams across different countries within Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Working closely with the partner marketing, brand partnerships teams and leadership at Netflix, we are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist who also has design experience and will be responsible for end-to-end creative strategy and execution for our partners. We work with a wide range of brand and organic partners such as Google, Samsung, Unilever, Coca-Cola, SKY, Ben & Jerry's, etc. The successful candidate will have deep experience concepting, building and implementing partnerships through creative strategy as well as elevating creative output from brief to execution. As partner-facing strategist and gatekeeper of the Netflix brand, this role will ultimately be responsible for setting the creative strategy, ensuring business objectives are met, and extending our stories across a wide array of brand partnerships efforts to help drive conversation for our shows and our partners.

Key responsibilities
• Proactively translating brand/marketing requirements into concepts our brand partners and their consumers can be inspired by
• Introducing new partners and agencies to our Brand Partnership and Partner Creative vision, briefing creative, and uncovering creative opportunities for our shows
• Translating our brand/marketing requirements into visuals and/or briefs the partner and ultimately consumer easily understands
• Partnering with local agencies to develop breakthrough, content-driven thinking that extends our campaign efforts
• Develop and pitch early creative ''thought-starters'' to internal stakeholders and external brands
• Leading creative workshops and presenting best-in-class creative case studies for partners during the concepting phase
• Offering creative guidance and expertise for brand partnerships and regional partner creative leads Overseeing, designing and delivering presentations and materials with short turnaround times
• Owning and directing design, curation and delivery of Netflix-produced assets
• Directing design and copywriting throughout Netflix-produced partner asset creation, curation, and delivery
• Uncovering opportunities to develop creative briefs and propose campaign ideas based on upcoming regional priorities
• Collaborating with internal teams including: Creative Marketing, Regional Marketing teams, Marketing Operations, Public Relations, and Editorial/Publishing
• Guarding Netflix brand attribution/representation as well as usage of owned Netflix and studio content in partner creative
• Attend physical productions/shoots and provide in-person creative direction

Qualifications/Experience
• At least 8 years of working experience in brand and/or as a creative strategist
• Extensive experience working across multiple markets in EMEA
• Previous experience in design and/or art direction with the ability to bring ideas to life on paper/screen Demonstrated ability to leverage insights and analytics to set creative strategy and create visual explorations
• Fluency in English is required, additional European languages are a big plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience across a diverse range of media, with a meaningful campaign work to share
• Quick to test and learn without getting bogged down in process
