Design Internship Engagement design
• You will work with owners of other parts of the game to make sure the engagement systems follow the direction and work in harmony with the game
• Implement rewards, assignments and progression using the Frostbite Engine and other EA tools
• You will guide and collaborate with other disciplines if your design needs support from other crafts
• Care about the player journey from beginner to master and beyond always looking for what to do to engage
• Learn how to manage complex systems with lots of data

What We Look For
• Work with game engines and game engine editors.
• Familiiarity with the concepts the player, playstyle and personas
• Shown skills in engagement systems design
• Skills in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and analytics
• Documentation skills
• Excellent knowledge in communicating
• Minimum 1 year of educational experience

This internship is unpaid and temporary employment. It needs to be associated with a university education or any other type of education that has an internship period planned into the education plan, for example LiA.
