Your Mission

We are looking for an ACA or equivalent qualified tax professional with experience in UK and international corporate tax compliance to join our London based team who is excited to work in an international, fast moving and challenging environment

Reporting to the Director, International Tax in London your role will be focused on supporting the broader international tax team in the following areas:
• Management of the outsourced corporate tax compliance activities for non US entities including liaison with external advisors and supporting the finance teams when required
• Preparation of quarterly group tax reporting under IFRS and US GAAP including tax journal creation and posting
• Preparation of annual group tax rate forecasts
• Management of R&D tax relief claims including working with studio teams and external advisors
• Working with advisors and relevant business teams to ensure annual UK SAO certifications are completed
• Forecasting and management of corporate tax payments
• Preparation of tax disclosures in statutory accounts including tax journal creation and posting
• Assisting with corporate tax audits including project management of information and other responses
• Tracking and internal reporting of budgets for external advisors

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role (either in consultancy or in house tax department)
• Corporate tax compliance and reporting
• Ability to manage external advisors
• Creating strong internal relationships
• Strong organization skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Extra Points:
• Experience in group consolidation reporting
• Experience with US GAAP reporting
• Commercial experience in an international environment
