Job Description

The Regional Sports Networks (RSNs) are seeking a Coordinator, Librarian & Data Entry of Music! The Coordinator, Librarian & Data Entry of Music posts highlight music, oversee access to playback platforms, inputs metadata for music sources – both library and original music, for RSN's, Tennis Channel and Stadium Sports. This position is strictly administration and no creative music choices involved.

Essential Functions include:
• Posting highlight music
• Working with creative to ensure selections are approved
• Working in the cue sheet database to ensure music is listed

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years music clearance with strong knowledge of music librarian and data entry in the television industry and/or music production required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have well-developed interpersonal skills
• General math skills needed for cue sheet information
• Proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must be extremely organized, demonstrate initiative and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• Needs excellent time management skills and must be able to recommend and implement process improvements
• Must be a team player and a self-starter
