Sales Assistant (NE)

A Sales Assistant provides administrative support to a group of account executives as well as the sales department as a whole, and acts as an extension of the sales team.

Responsibilities:
• Create s /revise s proposals, recaps and various documentation/correspondence for account executives regarding their accounts.
• Enter s /edits
orders in commercial processing system.
• Generates reports related to sales activities.
• Creates audio recordings of on-air segments.
• Communicates often and effectively with commercial department to ensure campaigns run correctly.
• Serve s as the initial contact person for clients when account executives are out of the office.
• Coordinate s , create s and update s sales presentation slides to be used by sales staff.
• Create s and update s informational presentation pieces.
• Provide s additional administrative support as required.
• Answer s phones, files , general office admin.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Interested in working on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates impeccable attention to detail.
• Is a self-starter, working both quickly and efficiently.
• Manages time; focuses on urgent/ important tasks; avoids procrastination; meets deadlines.
• Adapts well to shifts in priorities and urgencies.
• Anticipates salespeople's needs and is proactive to follow-up.
