As a Business Analyst on the Trust and Safety, Legal and Copyright Operations team, you'll be at the center of important policy issues that shape the direction of our site and frame our stance on powerful themes like freedom of expression and online safety.

As a Business Analyst, you'll leverage your analytical background to establish impact through rigorous data and analytical techniques to identify key drivers for empowering operational efficiency. This includes quantifying the impact of policy position, changes to existing enforcement workflows, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions that further optimize our operational metrics. In this role, you will be a strategic thinking partner to Trust and Safety leadership, helping decide both big picture decisions as well as outcomes arising out of detailed root cause analyses. With your analytical experience, you will help deliver on YouTube's mission to give everyone a voice, show them the world, and build a community.
