We have an opening for a temporary IT Coordinator for North America. This position will be located in Burbank, CA.

SUMMARY:

The IT Coordinator will report to the Chief Information & Security Office (CISO). They will work with all levels IT management and IT resources to assist with the procurement of all hardware assets and software contracts following an established approval process. In addition, they will assist in vendor contract agreements and renewals. They will generate reports to analyze IT budget verses actual spend and coordinate with finance to provide the financial input to the IT dashboard.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Purchasing:
• Manage requesting and receiving quotes and purchasing of all hardware, software and services for IT North America.
• Generate Purchase Orders in financial system (SAP).
• Enter receivers and file paperwork.
• Manage paperless storage of Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with account managers, project managers, vendors and requesters
• Develop and maintain working relationships with all major vendors.
• Monitor accounts with vendors to ensure they are in good standing.
• Ensure our contact database is up to date with all current vendor contact information.

Financial Reporting & Support:
• Produce and analyze all operational and capital financial reports on a monthly basis for Corporate IT.
• Identify and investigate major departmental variances.
• Review Business Objects reports from finance and resolve any discrepancies.
• Liaison between IT and Finance when appropriate.
• Be accountable for closing all capital projects for IT North America.
• Analyze Accounts Payable support, resolving invoice discrepancies, providing approval signatures, and other adjustments when necessary.
• Record and track all hardware and software maintenance contracts.
• Track cost by period spreadsheet.
• Monitor vendor accounts to ensure they are in good standing
• Ensure contact database is up to date with all current vendor contact information
• Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers and related software, including Microsoft Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2-5 years previous experience
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a post-production environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
