JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Vice President, Operations to lead the operationalization efforts of our strategic vision for FOX Nation original content production. The ideal candidate has proven success in managing complex teams and projects, a strong understanding of editorial strategy, and is an expert in finding innovative and effective ways to bring creative vision to life.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the execution of programming strategy
• Direct the development of production schedules, budgets, and logistics
• Manage resources such as field teams, technical operations, editors, Media Production resources, and other operational functions
• Responsible for the direction, management, and coordination of business, administrative, logistical and technical aspects of productions
• Direct and ensure that productions uphold network creative, technical, and business goals.
• Direct and ensure the timely availability of important resources, talent, and equipment.
• Resolve problems or conflicts that hinder completion of programs within budget and according to specification.
• Interact with senior management with plans and strategies impacting production initiatives
• Build and enhance high-level internal and external relationships
• Coordinate with creative, technical operations, engineering and post-production functions both internally and externally

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 15+ years of relevant experience in production and/or operations
• Ability to operationalize a strategic vision
• Proven success in managing and mentoring others
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
