JOB DESCRIPTION
FOX Deportes is looking for a Vice President, Production to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The Vice President of Production will oversee the operational and support requirements for Fox Deportes Broadcast Operations. This will include on-air, operational, financial, technical and logistical requirements. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workload of the Production department and all Production Directors specifically.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
• Assign work - acting as a liaison with other production arms of Fox Deportes ensuring that all products meet network standards
• Negotiate rates with third party production vendors and freelancers, and create effective systems of communication within the department, as well as with other Fox Deportes departments and Fox Sports in order to improve the flow of information, establish synergy and minimize errors
• Create, develop, and supervise new programming products
• Improve the level and quality of content and league relationships for every product including but not limited to Liga MX, NFL, MLB, MLS, NASCAR, Boxing, USGA Golf and all locally produced shows including Fox Deportes en Vivo, NFLeros and Fox Gamers Elite
• Maintain strong relationship with our Mexico operation partners and oversee content for U.S. versions coming from Mexico including Central Fox and La Ultima Palabra
• Work closely with our Liga MX production partners in Mexico to assure a quality product

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Experience with TV production management
• 10+ years relevant TV production experience
• Ability to speak and write Spanish fluently
• In-depth knowledge of European, International and Domestic soccer and news
• Live sports production experience
• Experience with managing a large group of people and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to interact on an executive level with production, engineering and senior management
• Capability to respond under stress and tight deadlines
• Availability to travel when needed
