The Job
Enterprise Inclusion Communication Manager
Communications professional with the experience and proven track record to develop and execute strategic media campaigns that will elevate WarnerMedia's efforts in diversity and inclusion. Reports To: Director of Communications

The Daily
• Partner with communication and marketing colleagues across the company to help identify and amplify talent, TV shows, films and executives that serve underrepresented stories.
• Create press and collateral materials that support media outreach efforts.
• Leverage current and cultivate new media relationships across entertainment, business and diversity and inclusion.
• Execute PR strategies and manage interviews for press, events and external activations.
• Coordinate and help develop innovative social media campaigns that also tell engaging stories.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to highlight and promote company diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives.
• Monitor trends, stories and other administrative tasks
• Help manage internal PR efforts around Enterprise Inclusion and employee activities.

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree or strong background in strategic communications and media relations.
• 6-8 years of communication experience in entertainment or diversity and inclusion.
• Strong media relationships
• Adept at leveraging social and digital platforms
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with team (s) and work across a large enterprise with multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, excellent writing and oral communications skills
• Ability to think creatively and exceptional writing skills and the ability to think strategically
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Plus: Speaks fluent Spanish (native speaker) with strong written and verbal communication skills
