Funimation is building an in-house marketing team that will be responsible for its international growth strategy and deployment, especially in Europe. The International Marketing Manager will have a passion for growth marketing, analytics and market research, and experience running and scaling channels across major partners. They will also be driven and inquisitive to leverage the newest technologies to drive growth and success for the company,

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and drive discipline around the processes for testing, launching and rollout of new channels and campaigns internationally.
• Develop, manage and continuously improve processes for scale that help our Global Expansion teams meet their goals more efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate in-depth market analysis, competitor analysis and recommendations for Global Expansion, especially European countries.
• Work with Marketing Director to create strategy for international growth.
• Create and manage content calendar.
• Collaborate with writers and designers to produce content (SEO, Video content, Landing Pages…).
• Help develop international budgets, timelines and KPIs/goals to support continued efficient expansion across new and planned geographies.
• Develop and maintain external vendor relationships.
• Work cross-functionally with our Creative, Analytics, Product & Engineering, and Brand teams.
• Manage media strategy across channels such as Facebook, Google, App Campaigns while developing a robust and prioritized testing roadmap.

Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years working in a digital marketing role, supporting international projects and with a docs on performance marketing.
• International experience is a plus, multiple languages as well.
• Self-motivated and resilient.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, and organization skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, completing them efficiently and on time.
• Prior experience working on performance-oriented channels such as Facebook, Google, App Installs.
• Ability to work and collaborate with multiple partners (countries) that require different levels of support.
• Strong project management and Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze data in Excel, decipher trends, and develop strategic recommendations
