If you answered yes, then CBS Sports Digital may be looking for you! Sports Data Technology is looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Project Manager for our engineering teams. To be successful at this job, you need to bring a winning attitude, agile project management knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Your Day-to-Day:
• Provide leadership and coaching to a technical development team to include organizing and facilitating release and iteration planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, demos, retrospectives, story grooming sessions, and any other Agile -related meetings.
• You will act as a project manager / facilitator and process coach as the project progresses through the delivery life cycle while also advocating continuous improvement in quality and the process itself by conducting team retrospectives.
• Facilitating discussion and conflict resolution in order to improve team productivity while promoting continuous improvement
• Updating Agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint iteration backlogs
• Work to fulfill a servant leadership role and support the team in removing impediments and keeping a constant flow of product through the process
• Assisting team in making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition and estimation process
• Ensuring that the development teams are practicing the core Agile principles and leveraging the Agile Manifesto to guide them to making the right decisions
• Working closely with assigned product owners in defining the vision and ensuring that the team is on the right track
• Identify potential issues and assess risks as early as possible and report them to the team.
• Continually facilitates information exchange between stakeholders, team members, and Product Owners for assigned projects.
• Ability to use team and process metrics to create information radiators that allow stakeholders to constantly monitor progress
• Resolves conflict quickly between team members to keep the project team on task.

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• Must have 3+ years of Agile Experience
• Must have 3+ years of Project Management Experience preferably within an Internet company
• Must have excellent computer skills and must be internet savvy.
• Must have strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Working knowledge of desktop, mWeb, mobile application and over-the-top video product development
• Must exhibit effective communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail oriented, diplomatic, extremely organized and diligent
• Proven expertise in time management and efficient use of resources
• Demonstrated ability to learn computer-based tools and to execute with very little or no direction
• Ability to self-direct and function as a team player
• Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges
• Works well under stress and heavy workload
• Experience working with product management, software development, testing, and support teams
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• PMI-ACP, Scrum Master Certification, CAPM or PMP preferred
