To drive this, business operations at YouTube spans a myriad of functions such as partner management and deal origination, trust and safety, creator and viewer support, and technical support. The YouTube Analytics and Decision Support organization builds the tools and infrastructure that powers these activities effectively and efficiently. Our work includes CRM solutions, support workflow tooling, and the data infrastructure that make those tools possible.

The Analytics and Decision team provides white-glove analytical support for the business teams, including performance and impact measurement and data-driven business recommendations. The team executes against organizational-wide goals by supporting business leaders with insightful, actionable analysis and by creating the tracking and impact measurement behind the business.
