DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a candidate who has strong work ethic, a professional and positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Duties include but not limited too:
• Heavy Phone Contact servicing Agency/Accounts for Sales Executives
• Input orders & revisions, contract verifications, general correspondence and all office procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good people skills a must
• Entry level position
• Office experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint
• Ability to prioritize and juggle several projects without losing quality
• Punctuality, proactive, good decision making and excellent follow-through skills are necessary
