Job Description

The YouTube Partnership Enablement Team is focused on providing comprehensive services and solutions to YouTube content partners and our internal Content Partnerships team. Our multifaceted team members work together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout YouTube to address our partners' most pressing needs on YouTube. We develop cross-functional programs and go-to-market resources for products, policies and content strategies that are strategically important for YouTube's partner ecosystem.

The APAC Partnership Enablement Team is composed of three critical teams: Partnerships Go-to-Market, Creators and Music Solutions, and Media Co Solutions. As a Music Content Strategist, you will develop and scale out insights across all content creation and YouTube features in order to help our Music Artist and Label partners improve their overall viewership, subscribers and business.

Your online video expertise combined with your passion for content creation, experience in growing audiences and knowledge of online measurement will help you set best practices for YouTube Music Artist and Label partners globally. You will circulate knowledge throughout YouTube and work directly with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new features and best practices. Your strategic thinking skills will be critical in devising new tactics and turning data into actionable information to both enhance content optimization and influence product development.
