Job Description

Summary of Position:

The Manager, Digital Platforms will be responsible for the day to day operations for the domestic Starz App. Working with the Nonlinear Programming team in on time, accurate delivery of content and maintaining a high level of on-site storefront standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as the Starz domestic programming operations lead for the STARZ app digital storefront

• Manage and monitor the on-time delivery of content to the STARZ App by collaborating with the Starz Programming, Technical Operations, and Development teams

• Build operational relationships with App Engineering team partners to understand Starz product implementations and nuances

• Troubleshoot systems and delivery issues

• Responsible for having operational proficiency in the variety of platforms

• Work with Programming and Marketing teams to ensure understanding of key programming and marketing priorities that should be implemented

• Responsible for having knowledge of the company’s current schedules and reporting systems as they pertain to the non-linear schedules

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree required

• Minimum years’ experience 4 or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience & Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills

• Must have a strong problem solving skills

• Must have a deep knowledge of TV industry

• Must be a team player, collaborative, proactive and flexible

• Must have a strong work ethic, integrity, and good business acumen

• Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project software applications

• Possible weekend on call situations
