Summary of Position:
The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Manager will report to the Chief Diversity Officer and assist in the implementation of company-wide DEI strategies, programs, and initiatives. This position will also be responsible for tracking and reporting DEI metrics and progress. The DEI Manager will work cross-functionally (with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Learning & Engagement) to support DEI objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation of DEI strategies, programs and initiatives under the direction of the Chief Diversity Officer
• Track and report DEI metrics and progress
• Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continuous improvement (Best Practices) of diversity processes
• Work cross-functionally with internal partners to create, maintain, and disseminate resources in a variety of formats across all levels of the organization
• Support effective communication efforts across the organization as it relates to DEI
• Partner with key stakeholders on projects and programs impacting diversity representation and inclusion culture
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space
• Experience with data analytics
• Strong program and project management skills and operational rigor
• Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies, including strong emotional intelligence and the ability to engage and build relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven record of taking initiative/self-starter
• Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and work effectively with others
• Knowledge of principles, methods and tools of Diversity & Inclusion
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience developing and delivering presentations for all levels
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
