Job Description

You will play a key role in building strategy and creative campaigns, workflow and communication with the marketing and production across Europe and global teams, ensuring all markets are aware of guidelines, priorities and assets available (on time) to support local market plans/campaigns.

This individual will support all local creative teams on the use of brand campaigns, creative guidelines and will continually explore new solutions for improving the Hub service.

This role will work with the Creative Director and Production Team and lead markets across E&A to the creative development (plan and implement campaign strategies for key shows and share with local markets). This individual will seek to ensure Marketing plans are implemented to achieve maximum brand consistency and cost effectiveness across Europe.

Reports to Creative Director and Regional Marketing/Local Marketing Teams.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain process and ensure regular updates from EMEA markets on their delivery of 360 marketing campaigns + promo production assets.
• Collaborate closely with the EMEA and US regional marketing/creative teams to develop authentic campaigns.
• Project management of campaign cross-functional initiatives including leading and organizing all needs required.
• Work with local markets to ensure timings, objectives and performance.
• Demonstrate mastery of verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills, as you will lead meetings and manage workflow with many internal and external stakeholders/partners.
• Work with Creative Director and lead markets to plan and create campaign plans to support key shows.
• Coordinate briefs and give feedback on creative projects to internal and external teams.
• Connected to programming and media planning to align priorities and production plans.
• Support markets where new channel launches/rebrands are taking place.
• Work with Broadcast Ops/Post production teams at the EMEA level to explore new solutions.
• Manage day to day of Writer producers and graphic designers.
• Manage regional calls with creative teams (reports and next steps).
• Report and communicate strategy actions and ensure that deadlines are met.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Solid experience in post-production and broadcast media environment.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After FX.
• At least 10 years of experience in building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns, preferably with a background in entertainment (TV, film, gaming), channels or creative/advertising agency.
• International working experience.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external partners.
• Understanding of digital advertising (direct video, mobile, paid social, display, rich media, VOD) with strong grasp of marketing / social media analytics and how to apply data to test and optimize campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal, creative, presentation, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, analytical and conflict resolution skills.
