Sinclair Sports National Sales Team is seeking a Director of Digital Sales to drive significant new business revenue for one of the largest sports portfolios in the world (Fox RSN's, Tennis Channel and Stadium). In this role you will be expected to meet and exceed advertising sales goals while calling on major ad agency holding companies and F500 clients. You will be the main point of contact for all agency heads and clients within the West Coast of the United States: Specifically, CA, WA, and NV.

Key Responsibilities
• Build out the business on the West Coast, Nationally, responsible for selling Sinclair's high-value Sports Digital products (Fox RSN's, Stadium and Tennis Channel) and services to both new and existing accounts while also building client relationships across your regional market
• Build a broad knowledge of account types, geographically and by industry/vertical
• Movie Studios, Autos, SVOD, Tech, Financial, etc.
• Lead upfront partnerships with respective holding companies working in collaboration with SVP of National Sports
• Build strategic partnerships with agency leads across all holding company assignments
• Develop and implement sales programs that will attract new key accounts and enhance sales to current customers to deliver required quarterly and annual sales growth
• Attend industry events and share knowledge with broader sales team
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Qualifications
• A 10+ year revenue development career track with progressive responsibilities focused on integrated sponsorship & digital media expertise, preferably in consultative selling to Fortune 500 C-level decision makers and/or similar senior level agency decision makers
• Proven track record of successfully closing significant sponsorship and/or media deals
• Comprehensive understanding of the digital/technology landscape including industry trends, key players, terminology and overall knowledge of the sponsorship/media landscape with ability to craft integrated marketing plans and solutions
• Goal-oriented with proven experience in building a pipeline of new business and exceeding established financial targets
• Work in collaboration with internal teams in creation of sponsorship and media opportunities
• Robust analytical skills, including market strategy and a value-based selling process
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced negotiating skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including creation of convincing and strategic sales approaches, proposals, documentations and presentations
• Travel Required
