Content Distribution Specialist

Job Description

Hearst Television is hiring a Content Distribution Specialist for their central Ad Operations hub in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include the maintenance of commercial inventory and house number assignments; generation and distribution of dub and purge lists for all commercial materials.

Responsibilities
• Creation and distribution of commercial dub list.
• Maintain status of inventoried commercial materials (marked for dub, dub confirmed, purge, etc.)
• Creation and distribution of commercial purge list
• Maintain physical material library according to disposition policies (minimal)
• Station contact for all commercial material receipt, quality issues with material
• Liaison to CDC personnel regarding commercials received

Qualifications:
• Previous TV experience preferred
• Organized and detail oriented
• Communication skills
• Ability to work against Deadlines
• Commitment to accuracy and timeliness

Experience:
• Prior experience in television preferred (1-5 years)
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) preferred

Education:
• High school graduate or equivalent experience
