Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager to spearhead marketing campaigns for the Disney Bundle. As the lead Growth manager, you will coordinate efforts to drive up new subscribers across our paid channels, developing new media strategies, and derive insights from full-funnel tracking and reporting of our $100M+ media spend. We're looking for a leader with expertise in brand development, awareness marketing, digital paid media, and reporting across diverse channels who is looking to develop their skills as a leader in subscriber acquisition.

The ideal candidate is data-driven with a proven track record in supporting world-class brands and executing high-performing awareness and acquisition marketing. You have a passion for creating processes, analyzing all paid consumer touchpoints, and monitoring performance to drive innovation. You thrive on working with creative teammates to launch multi-touch marketing campaigns. You're a strong leader and clear communicator with a keen desire to build effective relationships and leverage the power of large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
• Define growth opportunities for the Disney bundle across all paid channels to meet our new subscriber business objectives
• Work with XFN teams across Disney, Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ in Brand, Media planning, Performance, Growth Analytics, Legal, Social and others to implement new marketing campaigns
• Enhance and oversee the paid marketing planning process and leverage newly created processes and tools to drive alignment and communicate plans
• Define and iterate on a messaging platform to engage and educate prospects
• Partner with research to ensure awareness and brand health are growing as planned
• Review, route and approve creative assets that are the heart of each brand
• Leverage data to increase the productivity of our marketing efforts working with analytics team to build models, diagnose areas of underperformance, and identify new audience opportunities
• Create and update performance reports for major campaigns, tracking spend against projected and realized impact
• Think strategically and creatively about new ways to introduce our brand to new customers and increase relevance
• Be a champion for our bundle design standards for all consumer touchpoints - from marketing campaigns to landing pages to purchase flows

Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ Years of Experience in Acquisition or Awareness Marketing
• 3+ Years of experience managing direct reports

Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree on Marketing, Business, or other discipline

Preferred Education
• MBA preferred
