SUMMARY
Hulu’s Product organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Experiences who will be an exceptional addition to our Customer Growth team. As a Senior Manager of Product at Hulu, you will own the vision to deliver delightful and scalable subscriber experiences across Hulu’s website, mobile apps, and streaming devices. The right person for this role defines holistic strategies for each step in the customer’s lifecycle, empowers their team members to realize their fullest potential, and balances long-term gains with short-term opportunities. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead the product vision for features that enable rapid subscriber growth across Hulu’s website, mobile apps, and streaming devices.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for outstanding end-user experiences that present simple choices across sign-up, account management, upsell, and cancel flows. Influence executives and stakeholders to gain top-down and bottom-up alignment across the organization.
• Facilitate collaboration between the Product team and Design, Research, Marketing, Data, and Customer Service teams to define features that align to business needs. Ensure new capabilities are tied to our suite of platforms to improve and expand scalability.
• Lead the prioritization and backlog for the Technology teams to build incremental improvements in an agile environment. Evangelize and instill standard methodologies for Product and Technology to deliver timely value.
• Work with internal and third-party partners to identify new acquisition, monetization, and retention opportunities and execute with high quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Act as a servant leader for the Lifecycle Experience team, focusing on empowerment and autonomy that increases quality of customer-facing deliverables. Actively break down barriers and identify new opportunities that support professional team member growth.
• Define and report on key performance indicators, including direct customer feedback from our Customer Service and Research teams. Use data to make sound Product and Business decisions.
• Champion Hulu’s A/B testing program and advocate for Customer Growth Product to experiment across the customers’ touch-points. Encourage risk-taking and failing fast.

WHAT TO BRING
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in product management, leading a team of Product Managers.
• Consistent record of delivering high-quality features that improve the subscribers' experience and achieve business goals.
• Evidence of cultivating and motivating a high-performing, cross-functional team.
• Strong analytical abilities, with familiarity using tools such as Google Analytics, Drupal, Tableau and Optimizely.
• Deep understanding of business strategy and marketplace competition.
• Self-starter, strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Great communicator and teammate. Eager to learn and never happy with the status quo. Good eye for design, copy and a creative problem solver.

NICE-TO-HAVES
• Master’s degree or MBA
• Experience working in the subscriptions space.
• Passion for the streaming entertainment industry.
• Delivered nuanced customer flows on mobile apps or streaming devices.
