Strategic Partner Manager, Creator Acquisitions, YouTube (French, German)

YouTube's Creator Acquisitions team is tasked with ensuring that digital celebrities, public figures, and those with large followings off of YouTube are building their presence on YouTube. The Acquisitions team's goal is to outreach to off-platform talent with high potential for fast growth on YouTube and help onboard them to become successful YouTube creators.

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Creator Acquisitions team, you'll work to identify digital talent personalities and on-board them onto the YouTube Platform to grow their presence and reach. You will be responsible for helping these new-to-YouTube creators launch, grow, and expand their presence on the platform. In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone your business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. Your role will be both external (creator-facing) and internal as you support many cross-functional initiatives. You will also help to optimize creators' channels and develop relationships to ensure your portfolio of YouTube Creators take full advantage of our ever-growing suite of offerings.
