JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Digital Growth Marketing Reporting & Analysis to work closely with the Digital Growth marketing teams (both CRM and Acquisition teams), the Product teams as well as the BU digital teams to provide analytical support around reporting & analysis for the specific functional areas.
You will have the opportunity to gain full visibility into our leading Brands – Fox News, Fox Business, Fox Sports, Fox Entertainment, and Fox TV Stations - to ensure consistency in reporting and analysis across the key support functions as well as other areas of the digital space at FOX. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work autonomously and under the guidance of the Director of Reporting & Analysis to ensure accurate and impactful reporting for Digital Growth Marketing (both CRM and Acquisition teams) as well as the BU digital teams and any Product analyses
• Lead reporting and analysis for ad-hoc requests as well as planned marketing campaigns and any Product changes (both tests and revamps)
• Use campaign & analysis tools (Adobe, Tableau) and knowledge of SQL to segment and analyze audiences for FOX's digital products (Fox Now, Fox Sports, Fox Nation, etc.)
• Design, develop and maintain regular Dashboards in Tableau (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for use by Marketing leadership and program managers specific to marketing or BU digital team needs, across our key products
• Assist with A/B (and multivariate) test planning to identify tactics that drive successful test analyses with an emphasis on understanding why a tactic worked to encourage scalability / repeatability
• Leverage multiple data sources (1st party, 3rd party, web, email, mobile, etc.) to sanity check the data and ensure the analyses are correct & validated
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Minimum 2-4 years as an Analyst/Sr. Analyst (with experience working in analytical environments and digital products)
• A record of successful reporting and analysis
• Previous experience with campaign tools (Google Analytics or Adobe)
• Ability to create impactful dashboards using Tableau and base knowledge of SQL
• Ability to understand a business problem and translate it a 'reporting & analysis' action
• Ability to gain insights and drive recommendations through data analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
